I have used Bitdefender fir several years and been very satisfied. But his year (2013) I had difficulties in renewing my subscription and downloading the latest version Internet Security. As a self-taught and not very experienced user I could not easily follow the on-line instructions. These appeared to me too complicated. But I was saved by the help of Bitdefender's staff, particularly Maja Ololovska .
