Once again I am left victim to City Links total incompetence. I have waited in this Saturday morning till 11.20am and thought I would double check it is on route, after 2 no shows this week. I called the city link operator (Katy) and they had not booked it out again, after I had been assured yesterday that they had. I was informed that another manager would rectify this only to find, they did not call me back and when I tried to chase the matter, the call centre is now closed. So now, in total, they have failed to deliver 3 times with no valid excuse.
I will not be using city link for either of my 2 businesses again, as it badly reflects on anyone associated with this cowboy operation.
