Two purchases in and I can safely say I would give this company a 5 star rating. The customer service is second to none! Any problems they call you, they always ring back and are quite friendly rather than the robotic monotones of other companies.
The deliveries are speedy and well packed.
The prices are the best I can find anywhere in the UK.
Do not go anywhere else as these are the best!
Have been using Myprotein for years, sometimes had the odd forgivable glitch but sadly my last order was the last straw.
I made a mistake with the postage option, the DEFAULT is always the most expensive, I forgot to change it the free option (was isn't the free option defaulted if you meet the criteria?)
I cancelled online within 2 minutes of my mistake and called within 10 minutes to make sure everything was "good" with my cancellation. The call to the service agent was terrible, although he was English the line was terrible I could hardly hear a thing. But I was advised to wait for a cancellation email, which never came till after I had a despatch notification.
I did put in a ticket which was closed without myself being able to again explain that although I had an error why couldn't Myprotein just change the delivery option?
