This is the worst company through which I did the flower's delivery!

I still don't know if my my bouquet was delivered! I ordered 2 bouquets for the amount of 140 pounds on Monday, I was told that they will be delivered on Tuesday, today is Wednesday, and nobody knows about my delivery. Florist is waiting for the courier, so he will say about delivery. Now is the 21 century, and they can't tell about delivery during 2 days! Never contact with this service! I am very disappointed with what is happening and demand compensation! To my mail there is no answer! I sent 5 emails and made 4 calls! No result! Terrible irresponsibility!
