I'm afraid I'm another person ripped off by this company. I ordered the goods on 1 May and the money was taken from my card on 2nd May (this seems to be a pattern). One month on and nothing. I have managed to contact them by email through their website but the response gave no real information and said it would be sent out as soon they got it. The wbsite now says the item is discontinued - so I'm not holding out much hope!
I have no axe to bear - as so many others I just want to receive my goods especially when they have taken my money. I will be forwarding these details to any appropriate authority in the hope they can stop them trading.
