I had two boxes collected on Thursday to be delivered to AMS Freight for onward delivery abroad only to be called by AMS that Citylink have lost one of my boxes with contents worth over £1000. Having waited for over a week now with incompetence both from Citylink and AMS I am now been offered a compensation of £100 by AMS as it appears my box has now permanently disappeared. I have never been unjustly treated in my life like this before. And the frustrating thing is I am unable to tell if AMS is chasing this up on my behalf or are just feeding me with crap they think I want to hear. I am frustrated beyond belief!!! CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME?
