Poor service and unsatisfactory way of dealing with orders.
We ordered a vine & seed potatoes. They took money and then said order was sold out. Cheekily they did not refund money and said order would be processed next year!!! Had to ring them to get refund. Will not be dealing with them again and will advise DT accordingly.

Was unaware it had to be signed for so had to stay in for delivery. Otherwise goods are fine.
Some sort of space on the order to request leaving if out by the purchaser would be fine. Having to wait in and not sure when coming is a real pain might as well pay extra and go to local supplier.
