The delivery guy handed over the box containing the flowers which when our daughter opened the box, it had been handed to her upside down, therefore the flowers were broken the water had leaked out soaking the gift card. Our daughter was very disappointed and so were we.
We immediately reported this incident to Serenata Flowers but to date have had no response.
