Have been told the flowers were beautiful, however the delivery company receives 0% for service and customer relations. The flowers were left with a neighbour, and a card put through the door, however the card was blank with no details whatsoever, Yodel were phoned to query and informed that the card had been posted by error and there was no delivery. Thankfully the people the flowers were left with brought them round - over 24 hours later as no-one had been to pick them up. Very grateful as some more dishonest people wouldn't have bothered. Its a shame as the product was exactly what was wanted, however will not use them again due to the delivery company.
