Unacceptable flowers, no customer service

I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day which arrived on time but unfortunately were already dying. I took some pics and sent them to iFlorist, no response. After more than a week I sent a follow up email and still have had no response. Very disappointing lack of customer service. Mum was not at all impressed with the flowers and there were very few in the box for £30. I understand mistakes happen but to ignore two emails is unacceptable

Very happy from start to finish- which was not much longer than 24hours!

Very happy with the site, the service, postage, everything. Very easy and user friendly, even made a call to customer services to check something and they were lovely. I'll be back, thank you
