If I'm using some service for the first time I don't want to give a company all personal information about me, I don't want to give them permissions to publish in my name, I don't want them to know all my friends, my age, my sympathies, my history etc. But I do have to give all those permissions to trustpilot if I want to publish a review.
I would prefer to get an option of signing up with email, not with Facebook.
Besides what about people who don't like and don't use Facebook? Why can't they use this app?
They attempted to deliver the item once and left the card saying I should call them. I called them and arranged pick up for next day at 7 pm. Changed my plans to be at home at 7 pm, waited for a long time. No one appeared this day. Called them next day, and they tell me they tried to deliver the package three times. I tell them this is not true, I only got one card from 26/11/2013 saying explicitly that this is the first attempt and I waited on 27/11 and no one showed up. They don't care. They only gave me a choice to pick up package in their delivery center, so now I have to waste my time and money on travelling to their service center far away from my home.
Failed to deliver package, didn't follow their own guidelines (they should attempt to deliver three times). Forced me to waste my time on travelling to their stupid service center. Avoid them if you can.
