I received a text on the 28th to call your customer. I called at approximately 4 ;45 pm and was placed #20 in the queue. I hung up after 15 minutes. On the 27th I called your customer service again, and this time I was #28 in the queue. After waiting 25 minutes I got through and as I was not available to accept my parcel and did not want it delivered to anyone else,on that date we agreed to a delivery on the 28th. We I arrived home late on the 27th there was no note to say my parcel had been delivered. After I had been home for about an hour my neighbor delivered the parcel. So what was the use of my wasting two telephone calls and nearly an hour on the phone when you didn't listen to a thing I said?
