Questionable, frustrating, lack of answers hence my having to come here

Order product is RayBan (prescription)
1. Is this product authentic????
2. Why were we not told it came from Hong Kong (as well as everyone else on this forum)
3. WHY are the new prescription lenses WITHOUT the authinticty sticker? And WHY were we not told about this
4. WHY were we not consulted about the thickness of the prescription lenses being thicker (overlapping) on one side despite the fact we paid extra to avoid this
5. WHY when follow up continuously after waiting WEEKS for our order were we not answered? Had a general response (the same as others on this forum) I had to get the attention of this company via their facebook page!

To date these questions all remain unanswered,

If you are not satisfied with received glasses for whatever reasons, please, get back to our Customer Service team as soon as possible, so we could help you to organize return.

Reason why there is no logo on the prescription lenses is because it is not possible to process original lenses. We process new uncut lenses and fit them to the frame for you and the original lenses has been sent to you in the same shipment. If you are unhappy about the thickness, please contact our customer service and provide pictures and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
