I traveled with easybus to Gatwick a few days ago. My bus was scheduled at 9.30am but didn't actually arrive until 10.15am. There were customers that were not allowed on the previous bus as it was overbooked and they were refused entry on the 9.30am. Even though I was given priority as I was booked on the scheduled bus, the drivers attitude was dreadful to the previous passengers. He basically shouted that it's "not his problem" and when asked what to do he replied "I don't care, it's your problem". I was shocked. I'd rather pay more and be guaranteed to arrive at the airport on time. I don't usually bother to write reviews but this was so bad that I felt it was my responsibility to let people know just how awful this service is. I'm definitely not using this service again!!
