Quality product, excellent price, super fast delivery

Having recently purchased a Nespresso machine and discovered that it was possible to branch out from the Nespresso branded pods I went on an internet search.

Finding an Edinburgh based company was a pleasant surprise and the customer experience (during Christmas time) was first rate. Ordered Monday and arrived Tuesday. Couldn’t be beat.

The quality of the coffee is good and there is a welcome variety to choose from for all three sizes of coffee measure.


Made two bookings with HotelsClick and both were a HORRIFIC experience.

Over a two week trip round Texas in the US we had made two bookings in Houston with HotelsClick. One with the Sheraton Four Points and the other the Crowne Plaza.

On arrival to the US and having travelled for 16 hours we were told by the Sheraton that they had no booking for us and that the details on our HotelsClick voucher (which was pre-paid) were meaningless to them. After a huge amount of time, stress, emails and phone calls we managed to contact the third party who was instructed by HotelsClick to make the booking and they then communicated with the hotel. Crisis averted - the whole experience however is not what I paid for.

If this wasnt bad enough the exact same thing happened with the Crowne Plaza a matter of days later. Arrived at the hotel having driven for 5 hours to find that there was no record whatsoever of our booking and they couldnt accept our voucher provided by HotelsClick. COMPLETE disaster from start to finish trying to get this sorted.

Please be aware - it is very dangerous to make a booking with a third party like HotelsClick who then use ANOTHER third party to make a booking. It went completely wrong - both times for us.

Both reservations were confirmed and prepaid to the hotel. For any problems on location at the hotel that are bound by the management of the hotel we always suggest to contact us in order to accelerate the clarification process.

We are pleased that, in the end, you solved the situation and the hotels gave you the rooms as you have paid for.
