Needed to return item bought from a company who unfortunately use City Link. First collection arranged by City Link for between 9am and 1.30pm on Wednesday. Waited in all day but they didn't turn up. So rearranged collection for Friday. Was given a tracing number. City Link don't apparently use these tracing numbers which I can only assume was given to me to keep me quiet. Am now told that the driver might collect my return this afternoon but this is not guaranteed. They use a premium rate telephone number which I refuse to call. They only respond to emails is an automated response promising to contact you within 24 hours but, guess what, they don't!! Absolutely useless company.
