I was extremely disappointed with their lack of follow up about a problem with a valve.

I had a three-way valve develop a crack and tried to get a replacement. After nearly a month and half, I was told to go to the web page and pick out one!!!!! first I sent out several e-mails asking for advise....no response. Tired calling and getting one dept to another until I was spinned out of control and still no help. The products maybe good but the folllow through and guarantee is not.

Hello David, I am very sorry to hear you are not happy. I can see that the valve you ordered was 6 years old, the stock has been changed since then unfortunately so we could not provide the original product.
