Very disappointing service
Ordered camcorder for next day delivery (What should be possible if you place the order before 4:30pm?) and guess what, saying that they are very sorry but that city-link scheduled the delivery for after weekend. That was for sure the last time that I used there service as I have now the hassle to get one somewhere else as I need urgently for this weekend a camcorder.
I will buy the next time again to amazon or a local shop as you can trust them to get the job done correctly.

I would like to sincerely apologise for failing to meet your expectations on this occasion. I too am disappointed that we have not met our normally high standard of customer service, and that our couriers caused you so much trouble.
