Delivered several hours after the expected window and messed up our evening plans. Information relating to the delay was "we're going to be late" not "we will be with you between X and X" meaning we had no idea when they'd come and could not replan. Won't be using them again.
My dishwasher broke down on the Sunday before a Bank Holiday - I found a model I liked and set about the usual search for a good deal. The first few places I checked delivery was around 5 working days and I didn't much want to wait over a week.
Couldn't believe it when I saw appliancesonline were offering to deliver next day and figured their website wasn't taking Bank Holidays into account but the price was good and I thought Tuesday would be pretty good, even Wednesday if the order wouldn't get processed on a Sunday.
I ordered at 17:00 and was contacted later that evening to confirm a delivery slot the next day. Whilst they didn't manage to come in the time they promised (hence 4 not 5 stars) they did keep me well informed and the delivery guys were friendly and polite.
They took away all the packaging and the old dishwasher (for a reasonable charge) so when they'd left all I had to do was plumb it in and everything was sorted. Pretty much hassle free.
