Good communication but items split between deliveries
I have been buying a lot of items from bathroom suppliers lately so I am able to compare the service I have received. Communication was good as I received confirmation of the delivery date at least 3 days in advance - enough time to make arrangements and a further reminder. Three toilet parts were scheduled for delivery on the same day but the local supplier only turned up with two of them as the third item hadn't been received by them yet. This was a little inconvenient as it meant having to take another day off work. I would have rather waited until all three items had come in.

Super fast service
I wanted some fabric stiffener and the website said that if I ordered it in the next hour it would be posted the same day. I did so and it arrived the very next day. Super service!

Good price and delivery, but charger didn't work
The prices from BuyMobilePhones are very good and a friend had good service from them. The delivery service was also excellent. However, the charger that arrived with my Samsung S3 did not work. The lead was fine (I tested it with another charger). The phone charged using alternative charger. Clearly the supplied charger was faulty.
I phoned their help desk but was first asked if I was "plugging the charger in the correct hole". Once I'd clarified that I was (!) they said they would need me to send everything back, including the phone. It just wasn't worth the hassle of me sending back my new phone which was working fine, and which I'd loaded up with my personal information and apps, and to be without a phone for an unknown number of days. All for them to check the charger. I declined and said I'd buy myself a replacement charger as this would be cheaper than the postage I'd have to pay and much less hassle. Shame they couldn't have just asked me to send back the charger on its own for them to check and replace.

Excellent service, great quality
I was very pleased with the service I received from Mattress Online. You can select the day or delivery. Delivery is free. I received an email the day before confirming dispatch and that it would arrive by 1pm which it did.
I bought a Myers Ortho firm bed which was as described, nice and firm and good quality. I also was an excellent price.
I would use Mattress Online again.

Good range of products and very fast delivery
I was pleased with the variety of tyres on offer. Tyres were delivered to the garage the next day, a day ahead of the booked time.
