The basin I ordered arrived as expected on the Wednesday morning, but it was completely smashed! The box was damaged and I cannot understand how this could have been delivered in this condition.
My wife called to report damage the moment the delivery driver left and was promised a replacement would be delivered the following morning.
I got the text message with an estimated delivery time slot between 07:07 & 10:07 and waited in before going to work.
When the delivery had not arrived by 10:15 I called customer services and was told the delivery must have got delayed but the replacement basin went out on the lorry and should be with me soon.
When the delivery had not arrived by 11:30 I called again and was told the delivery company would be contacted and that they would call me.
No one had called by 13:30 so I called again only to be told the same as last time.
I called again at about 16:30 but still no luck but they would chase it up and get back to me.
I then called again at about 18:00 and was told that they had no idea what had happened to my basin so a new delivery had been requested. The only problem I had with this is that you can't deliver now until MONDAY!!!!!
I had to call 5 times to get this sorted and miss a day at work. No one bothered to call me and keep me updated and eventually the basin arrived 5 days late.
On a positive note I am very pleased with the quality and price of the goods I ordered.
