Everytime that my daughter's dog comes to visit, we order his food (as recommended by a vet) from MedicAnimal. It comes always very well packed and fairly quickly - certainly within the time we need it. The only glitch was that last time, we wanted to avoid delivery on a day when we were mostly going to be out. So when the delivery firm, DPD, offered a change of date in their email - we jumped at delaying the proposed date by one day. This was then confirmed by return in an email from DPD. In the event, DPD failed to read the revised schedule at their depot, and so still delivered on the proposed day.
