I ordered some landscaping materials for delivery the next day. This was my only day off and I really needed to get a few jobs done in the garden. I got up early incase mine was the first delivery of the day and sat at my PC which is near the front window so I could see them arrive.
I waited for 8 hours and still no sign. I rang the store and it turned out that the moron on the till had sent the delivery to the wrong address! I asked for a refund and the woman on the phone said "Oh it`s a bit late in the day now, we`ll bring it on monday" (two days time) I replied "I`ll tell you what you can do with your delivery, I want a refund" at which point, she started to try and be helpful.
I turned up at the store to arrange my refund and the two staff members on the till stood there having a conversation, even though there were people waiting to be served. The dopey woman who botched my delivery giggled and said: "Wery sorry, I thought it voz 111 not 133"
........I don`t think my blood could have boiled anymore than it did at that moment, how I didn`t pull her over the counter I don`t know.
Anyway, I would recommend that you use Homebase or B+Q down the road in Shirley, they are always good and don`t employ morons who don`t know what day it is.
