Have always had great service from Best Pet. The prices are great too, especially for the special pet diets. I always recommend too friends.

Easy shopping experience
I have used Cotswold several times. I find the choice good and the website easy to use. I do think, some of the descriptions could be a bit more detailed. I have twice emailed to ask for dimensions that weren't listed and one time found some dimensions that were clearly incorrect. Always had a quick answer back though. Delivery has always been trouble free. Last time I paid for a before 12 delivery and it came at 10. I do think charging £10 for that is a bit steep, but as delivery is normally free, I suppose it is competitive. The products have always been good quality.

Garden Arbour Seat
Great product, was cheaper than any other supplier too. Very well packed and labeled. Arrived on pallets in a large lorry (bit too large for our lane actually) and the driver didn't mind putting it where I asked. Would have been nice to get notification of a delivery day but luckily I was in. Driver called my mobile to ask for directions.
