WAE+

Took my money..... Cannot deliver my goods...... Won't give me a refund

I bought a flash remote from WAE in early January. They debited my account straight away and promised delivery in 10 working days. Nearly three months later and despite many phone calls, WAE agree that they have that they have not delivered my goods but refuse to give me a refund.
I won't be buying anything again from these people.....I certainly wouldn't recommend themes a reputable company.
Now looking at taking legal action.

Very friendly and very efficient

When I phoned to order my BBQ, I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. My BBQ has now arrived and is in perfect working order.
