well meaning and helpful in the end

The staff at the Priory farm place are helpful but their supplier failed to leave me a note to say i had a missed delivery and took my stuff back to Birmingham. Then i was told i needed to pay an extra £5 to re-instate my order! i was so NOT pleased. In the end with much persuasion on my part they agreed i could collect it from the base at Priory farm - but then they failed to let me know it was there - i had to ring and chase it,
But got it in the end, Bit of a hassle really.
