I have used this website for many years and so far I always even after a long wait got my items and were satisfied with it. But my last order I made on 5th October, spend£63.52 and still have not received anything. Costumer service told me to send this non-reclaim form, which I now have send for FIVE times and every time when asked if it is received I got back this obviously copy/paste reply "unfortunately we have not received your form" . None of these time I have had a mail failure or anything like this, it looks like FRAUD and they just do not want to deliver the lost stuff. I really hope someone from lookfantastic will read this and I would like to get refund from this, I am not sure I can trust to order anything else.
I really hope I get a professional response in the next day
