Jeg bestilte d. 25/03/12 en pakke kaktuspiller, og modtog dem 3 uger efter d. 14/04/12. IKKE imponerende! På deres hjemmeside under levering skriver de følgende:
"Alle ordrer leveres hurtigst muligt dog senest indenfor 3 hverdage i Danmark"
Det var jeg dum nok til at tro på.
Jeg har længe haft problemer med forskellige urbutikker online og skrev derfor til Goldentime inden jeg bestilte. Mine mails blev besvaret hurtigt og jeg var meget tilfreds med servicen.
Et par dage efter ankom uret, flot pakket ind, og tilmed med lidt chokolade.
Jeg vil helt sikkert handle her igen!
Alt gik fint, dog var de utrolig langsomme om at afsende produktet.
Jeg bestilte det søndag og havde først pakken torsdag, hvilket må siges at være langsomt i forhold til andre virksomheder.
Udover det var alt perfekt og gaven jeg bestilte var meget flot pakket ind, specielt med henblik på at det kun kostede 5 kr. ekstra.
I ordered a Hugo Boss watch from ROX, however 3 days later
they still hadn't dispatched it.
I contacted them to know when they would do so, but they instead told me that the watch was out of stock.
It would have been nice if they had informed me of this themselves, and furthermore had checked the stock situation before deducting the money from my account!
I have ordered through Amazon many times and everything
always goes smooth.
I just had a problem (for the first time) with a seller who didn't deliver the product as promised, however Amazon issued a compensation right away. I was surprised how well they handled the case and how quick i got my refund.
The 2nd of december I ordered a watch for my boyfriend, expecting it to arrive in good time for christmas - It didn't.
I had to wait over a month before my money was returned, and they weren't even willing to issue me a small compensation like a gift card for the inconvenience.
It might now be their fault alone since Royal Mail was responsible for delivering the watch, but they sure could have handle the case better by being a lot more informative and service minded.
Jeg bestilte et par underbukser fra Tommy Hilfiger og fik dem en uges tid senere. Alt gik helt perfekt og de er super lækre.
Det er et rigtig fedt koncept de har kørende der fungerer super godt.
Det eneste negative er den lange leveringstid, men til den pris er det vel værd at vente på.
I ordered a wallet and bag from Shopbop, and i was pretty happy, until i recieved an email from them. They mailed me that due to fraud prevention i had to either email them a copy of my passport, or call my bank to get some sort of code.
Obviously i'm not sending some website a copy of my passport, so i chose to cancle my order.
A week went by and still no sight of my money. I contacted them to let them know, and they told me that i had to go to my bank to resolve the problem. I did, yet my bank told me that they couldn't do anything and that they have encountered this problem many times before. They told me that only Shopbop could do that.
I contacted Shopbop again and they continued to refuse handeling my case.
Over a month later i finally recieved my money !!!!!!!
Neve again !!!!
