I have made a booking yesterday morning and got an automated VERIFICATION email. In the email, it was written that it will take up to 1 business day for a TICKET CONFIRMATION email. It is now near to 2 days and I have yet to get any updates from budgetair. I called twice to budgetair to check on what's holding up the confirmation and I got nothing. Those on the phone kept asking me to wait and could not give a clear justification on what's holding up the process and what's the expected time needed even though I have explained the urgency of me getting the ticket confirmation within these 2 days. I'm neither here nor there, not knowing whether I'll get the ticket in the end.
