I have not installed the shower items I purchased yet so cannot really comment on them, unfortunately. Their selection was excellent and I found exactly what I was looking for. I had an issue with delivery. Hudson Reed sent the UPS package with signature required. This was a problem since I knew it would not be possible to be there to sign for it. They were able to intervene with UPS and changed the delivery address the day before delivery to make it work out. I communicated with them via email and it worked out well.
