Good service

Satisfied with lenses, would use again

Order satisfactory and arrived as stated

My second order did not however arrive as stated, frames sent back for reglazeing, nearly a month now, I have received confirmation of my complaint but no resolution as yet, very dissappointed, would not recommend

Dear Rodney,

Apologies for the billing error. This was caused by a technical problem with SagePay and unfortunately out of our control. SagePay responded to all their customers (like us) as follows:

"The settlement file for Alliance and Leicester submitted yesterday also included transactions which had been successfully settled the previous day.
The previously settled transactions which should not have been included in yesterday’s file have now been successfully reversed, however as a result your customers may see multiple items on their bank statements.
The Settlement reports within your My Sage Pay account have been updated accordingly. No action is required from you.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact a member of our Customer Services Team."

...but sorry anyway and thank you for shopping with us.
