shockingly bad customer service and policies

ordered online and paid for next day delivery. 24 hours later received a phone call asking me to confirm my shipping was correct. apparently this was for security. I missed the call and spent literally HOURS on hold/in queues trying to get through to customer services to sort this out.

so i lost 1 day on a time sensitive delivery just before xmas.

item was then delivered and setup. i used the item for a week and found it had an intermittent fault. on a £1100 laptop - this isn't good enough. Not Misco's fault but I called them for a refund. After a long time on hold and waiting for people to call back (who never did) i was told i should contact the manufacturer and that Misco wouldn't deal with it. This is appalling when I bought something off you less than 2 weeks before. The manufacturer were closed when i called and i found out they are only open during hours that I work - so i had no way of contacting them.

so i tried misco again - who were unhelpful both by email and on the phone.

after 2 more weeks i got through the the manufacturer as i had a day's holiday from work. they gave me a reference number and told me to call misco back.

so after all this misco still had to arrange the return! i then drove it and dropped it off at the depot and waited for my refund.

again several weeks later - nothing. so several more emails and phone calls and i got most of my refund...but still missing around £100. several more phone calls and emails and lies and eventually i got the full refund.

absolutely appalling. i have literally spent hours trying to get this sorted out with you with no compensations at all.

V good money for nothing! Only a couple of minor probs

Really good money for nothing. Annoying that if the cash back doesn't come through and it is past the ETA you get no further updates from them. Would defo recommend no matter what u are doing - - check if u can link from top cash back 1st!

Annoying they don't have a mobile optimised site as well. I hate downloading apps. I wish they would optimise their website for smaller touchscreens instead.

I also don't like they don't let you have capital letters on your password as it is more secure.
