Infurn.com - a nightmare come true!

By reading mailings at this forum it seems that we're joining a long line of betrayed people! Our story is similar to others here: ordered two MOGENSEN sofas and two VOLTHER's chairs 2 August, 2013. Delivery on week of 6 December 2013. And surprise surprise:
the delivery has been postponed to February 2014 - for a start.
The only thing that we did differently to most (much cleverer!) Infurn's ex -customers
is that we were stupid enough to place an order that valued over 4.500 EUR!!
I wish I could turn back time ... As for now I'm waiting for them to call me.

Thank you for your comments and for the time to discuss your order details today.

We are well aware that you have placed a considerable sized order and therefore are concerned for any delay.

We have checked the order details and it shows 18 lapsed weeks, which is currently the standard delivery time, please accept our apologies that the planned delivery has gone back to February in this instance.

The Customer service Team have already emailed and reassured you with regard to the revised delivery date and also informed you of your rights and entitlements, which includes compensation.

As your order was of a considerable amount, you have also accumulated a considerable amount of bonus credit, and we are sending you the In stock list today, whereby you may purchase some items ( or chairs ) which will arrive quicker, whilst you wait for the main delivery.

This, you have agreed to and we will keep in touch with you until you receive all of your items.
