Not impressed

I have tried to use eFlorist twice now for a same day delivery in Suffolk. The first time they failed to deliver on the same day and only managed it two days later. The second time, this week, I wanted to send a beautiful Xmas planter, only to be contacted and told that they only have one florist in the area and they have none of the planters shown on the website available. Extremely disappointed and will not be trying again.
Interflora had the planter and got it there on time!

We can see that for the order for which this review was placed, our Customer Service team had exhausted every possibility of ensuring the delivery was received.

There are unfortunately rare instances in which it's not possible to make a delivery and we regret that your order unfortunately feel afoul of this.
