I love the product choice as they offer things that are different and you can’t always find online. That’s the only positive!
Their delivery charge is high for smaller items, that’s just a small problem. The service is HORRENDOUS if you have a problem with an item. Which unfortunately I did with 3 items I bought. The problems ranged from damaged items and wrong fittings. Don’t get me wrong this is not all their products, as I have ordered over 20 things with them, but as a luxury lifestyle company, these should be luxury and not damaged.
The worse thing is their stupid “Contact US”, you can only get hold of them by their online email system, why don’t they have a phone line. Achica; if your managers or MD read this, look at how many of your customers are asking for this, you should offer what the customer wants to heighten their buying experience, it’s one of your main problems so sort it out. If you are capturing customers that buy luxury products, give them a luxury service, not that a phone line is luxury it’s just the norm.
Delivery times is another issue. They are so long. If they work with these suppliers, when they set the commercial terms up they should set up shorter delivery times. I have an order that was due by end of this week, I chased them and they have advised, it’s been delayed till later in December, how can this be, I ordered it weeks ago. They don’t tell you though, you have to contact them and find out, again not giving good service. On this note another item I bought and paid for, never arrived, I saw a refund in my account and asked them what’s going on, they advised, it’s out of stock. No communication, it’s just so poor, you can’t just refund and not tell them customer your item is not arriving.
I’m so angry with them I will never shop with them again. Best thing to do it copy and paste the wording from the item you want into google it, you will find it at some point.
