Slow but did refund when failing to deliver

I made a 1200euro buy in july during their "sale". I was supposed to get the merchandise in november. I contacted them to cancel my order due to bad reviews at trust pilot, but i was "to late" for an early cancellation and would have to wait for delivery date.

A couple of weeks before the delivery time, without any emails or other information, i logged on to infurn and it said my order was delayed, but had no new delivery time.

Multiple emails, which they in the beginning never responded to, except some phone calls, they said they would work it out, before i finally demanded a refund of my money, and their excuse was then "a computer mistake" and my order had not been produced.

I was given a date for my refund, and also received a call confirming the refund. Although it took some time they did refund the amount in total.

I am unhappy with their failure to deliver, failure to reply written confirmations and failure to inform their customer properly. They were however complying with their refund guarantee, and perhaps if they really had a computer/order issue i would have had my merchandise and given them 4-5 stars.
