After seeing advertisement with a 20 per cent discount in a magazine I decided to purchase an ma1 flight jacket, I tried several times to do this on website with both my credit card and pay pal account but was unable to complete transaction due to being unable to put the discount code in. After speaking to two membersof staff I was still unable to do this, I then rang for the third time and completed the sale over the phone.
Over a week later I phoned to see if item was on way only to be told my credit card had been declined ( despite me using card several times before and after this transaction) I asked why no one had bothered to contact me to be told they had emailed me and had no other way of contacting me. Firstly why would I be phoning to see where jacket is if I had received email and secondly I had to open an account with ALL CONTACT DETAILS INCLUDING HOME AND MOBILE NUMBERS.
So as I said, not impressed........
