I don't know whether i have bad luck but when i lived in my old address, several miles away from my current one, i had problems with Hermes. Generally every time i ordered shopping online [which is often], they would either loose my parcel, deliver it to the wrong house, or i would find it in a random place. Their customer support is poor, there is no contact details given on their 'sorry i missed you' cards, and generally customers are left in the dark.

Only today i have just found my parcel, well my dog found it, in a bush in my back garden in the pouring rain. The card the delivery man left only stated it was a new look parcel and he left it in 'other'. No other details given as to where he put my parcel, no contact number on the card, nothing. Its a good thing i didn't buy anything breakable. I thought leaving a parcel in such a place is illegal? or at least not practiced anymore. He could of easily left it with a neighbour.

Poor delivery service, obvious retraining of delivery staff needed. Customer support poor. Contact details need to be left on these delivery cards as I'm not the only one to think this. Why company's use this service is beyond me. Not ordering from new look online again or river island.
