ALMOST A YEAR _ STILL NO REFUND - AU-207821

Hello Infurn people,
I noticed that I still haven't received the reimbursement. I'm very much surprised though as you wrote you had prompted your finance department to make it a priority settlement. In the meantime I prompted for several phone calls. Three times you didn't call me and another time, I could only hear a fax machine when you called me.
Should I now conclude that my allegations towards Infurn are right after all or are you ready to prove the opposite. It's not my style to make public complaints but this takes way too long and I think I've had enough patience.
One last remark - Why does Infurn hires a full time employee to answer the negative feedback on a public website. A healthy, honest and trustworthy company uses his employees to deliver good after sales customer service and not to handle complaints on a public website other than it's own.
Never experienced before...
I recently got in touch with ex-employees from your company. Apparently Infurn never delivers the ordered furniture to its customers nor reimburses canceled orders.
It's very frustrating to have been waiting for almost one year.
Reading the same stories over and over again by hundreds of deceived customers. Sorry, but this company is a not trustworthy. Almost 100% negative feedback of your customers...

It's a scam..

Same story here... I ordered a table in March 2013. I was tempted by the 33% reduction they offered that day (in reality they give this reduction every day).
I soon found out that the delivery not would be before mid August... After googling Infurn I discovered that 99% of the client feedback is extreme bad. Goods not being delivered, very hard to get your money back etc...
To make a long story short, in September I cancelled my order and I had to wait until end of November to have the money refunded as I accepted a 10% bonus they offered on their website. After several phone calls and emails, I'm still waiting to get my money back.
What I don't understand is that this fraudulous business is active since years and they still exist... If each one of us would sign a petition against infurn, we could stop them from deceiving other people.

Furthermore, you are inciting trouble and we have already complained to Trustpilot about you not sticking to your own on-line shopping experience, and making extreme untrue assertions.

After all, we have been in existence since 2010, and we would not have 300,000 customers if we had made no deliveries, many of which order and re-order.

You were tempted by the reduction, well it is a substantial one and Customers do take advantage of this opportunity to purchase top quality items at a bargain price.

The delivery time given is the standard advertised delivery time and is found on the website, so that also should not have been a surprise to you.

When your goods were initially delayed we offered the bonus credit as compensation, which you accepted to wait for the delivery. However, when it became obvious that the delivery would be put back further, your cancellation request was also accepted.

We admit and apologize that your refund is overdue but you will receive it. In fact, since viewing your review we have already requested for priority action to deal with the matter.
