Ordered a bag twice and twice it wasn't the one pictured

Thank you for your review.
I am sorry you received an incorrect item twice, this is a rarity and is usually caused by the item not being as described. This has been escalated to have the stock checked and to make sure we have not received an incorrect batch of items. I am sorry this happened and we are looking at the stock so this does not happen again. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused, it is not intentional.
