I have now received 2 broken garden tables (worth £600 each) and am awaiting delivery of a 3rd, which is currently out of stock. I have been told to keep the 2 as 'spares' as they cannot be bothered to pick them up! I must have called the company over 20 times and every time they say that they need to call the warehouse and promise to ring me back, which they never do. I have received 2 call backs! A parasol and base that I originally ordered in November last year finally arrived last week (May - 6 months late!) and despite them having recommended the products being 'ideal' together they do not fit with one another. I am still awaiting a response on how the parasol and base issue will be resolved, but I fear it will be next summer before this is finally resolved! Do not order garden furniture from this company - they admitted to me themselves that their courier is rubbish and they have broken tables lying all over the country requiring collection.
