3 weeks and no shipment

I ordered a KISS onesie from this site for my Godson on the day he was born (May 10th). The item wasn't supposed to ship until May 19th even though my payment was processed right away and the money was taken out of my account. I emailed them as soon as my item was purchased with a question about where the item was being shipped. No answer. May 31st, I sent an email because my status is still "processed". No answer. I called the 800 number, I got some guy's voicemail with a greeting that can barely be understood as English. Still waiting......maybe after seeing this someone will get back to me.
