Disgusting service and would never recommend Dreams

In May this year-yes still trying to sort it out as Dreams have failed to get back to me on lots of attempts of communication. Will they now I am on a forum?!! We went to the Dunstable Dreams store to buy a matress. Twice we were asked if we wanted a base (bed) and twice we told them we didn't need one. I am paying the matress off over 3 years with Barclays finance.
When the matress arrived, guess what -so did a base! We sent it back and now 7 months later and im 9 months pregnant I am still trying to sort out the money back on the base! Firstly I rang and left a message-no one rang back. Then I emailed-no response. After a shirty email I got a response and a few emails went back and forth where lots of different staff kept sending me an email saying I signed the order form so I have to pay a 20% cancellation fee. On the order form there is a lot of abbreviations so you cant tell what it is. Telling them what you want is obviously not good enough so I would watch what they add to your order. When I asked them how they think that is acceptable and I have not received any response back. I have told barclays finance and they have sent them a letter as they agree with me and STILL NO RESPONSE!!!! So about to have a baby, 7 months later what else can I do to sort out the correct finance agreement?
