Ordered, Paid & then.....................Nothing!!!!
UPDATE 11-JUNE-2013 - STILL NO SIGN OF COVER AND NO CONTACT FROM THE COMPANY, DESPITE THE PROMISE MADE BELOW......
I had hoped for better service, given that my last three towing covers came from a competitor company - wish I had ordered from Pro-Tec as before.
Please be aware if you are ordering from this company....

We ordered a Tow-Pro Elite at £349 on 4th April and apart from an email acknowledgement of our order, we have heard precisely nothing apart from marketing emails intent on getting us to part with still more money.
It is now mid-May, our brand new caravan is to be handed over to us next week, we have a trip booked to go away at the end of May and we have absolutely no idea if we will be able to fit the cover for this trip or not, as we have no indication of a delivery date.
I know the new range of covers is successful, but the customer care is suffering greatly.

I am so sorry that you have had no information regarding your product. I will look into it today and let you know what has happened. The delivery time on the Tow Pro Elites at time of order were 12-16 weeks due to demand so your delivery date is still around 6 weeks away. If this delivery time was not made clear to you at time of purchase i can only apologise as you ordered online i will also speak with the design team to ensure that this information is more clearly stated online. However i will get back to you with a specific date so that you are up to date with our progress.
