Nice to speak to real people
I ordered a top of the range Makitta Drill. Cost was reasonable and goods arrived quickly with proper VAT invoice. So far so good. However... A t-shirt was meant to be with it, but it did not arrive. I telephoned them and they promised they will send it. Not arrived yet, but was only 4 days ago.
I have an issue with the priomised 3 year warrenty. I was told to register on line when product arrived. There was no details in the product so after phoning I was told to go to their website (Makita) and register it there. I tried but it did not work, apparantly its a new thing so maybe just teething problems. I will try again this week.
All in all I will use theis company again, but they do need to iron out some of the "little" things.

Good company, bad courier
The order arrived (well almost, read on) next day, but... the courier had twenty boxes on a pallet which was never going to fit through our office door. The courier man was adament that he would not break down the pallet but would quite happily let one of the office ladys do it! I phoned Kenable and they were very helpful and appologetic and said we would get the delivery via a different courier. 15 of the boxes arrived next day and the other 5 a day latter. Packaging and handling resulted in some knocks to boxes and we had to open most of the cat5 boxes up to get the starter cable out again. Boxes are not as good as excel and need to be taped up to stop them coming apart when pulling cable out. I may use them again, subject to some guarantees about the quality of delivery.
