I'm really glad I switched from O2 to Talkmobile. I'm saving money every month and I don't have to wait on hold for ages when I want to speak to their customer service. The only I've had was when I lost signal at my address for a day they could not provide much assistance. As the Network is Vodafone I decided to report the issue directly to them who restored the signal the next day. I felt talkmobile should have taken up the issue for me.
BT are the only company I have found to provide a decent reliable broadband service. They were my first Broadband provider and I have since been with O2, Sky and Orange to try and save a few pounds but the savings never justified the poor service I received. Glad to be back on BT.
This company clearly does not like honouring it's cashback deals. They ignore emails and now I cannot speak to them by phone as the automated machine tells me my order reference is not valid and hangs up on me.

Didn't include everything I ordered and I was not able to get through to them by phone and they did not respond to email.
Update: Company did refund missing part of order following my posting on Trustpilot but it didn't help me complete the outfit when it was needed.
