Couldn't be worse.

Ordered a lens and two filters on Monday which were all in stock for next day delivery. Filled out my delivery details on PayPal, which didn't transfer correctly through to the Jessops system correctly.

No delivery on Tuesday, so I contacted Jessops who advised that the address was incorrect, so I supplied the correct details and advised it would be delivered the next day.

Long story short, no delivery by Friday. Even if I had filled out the address details incorrectly, which I'm fairly sure I didn't, the correct details were with them by Tuesday.

I cancelled the order on Friday and went to a local shop on Saturday and bought what I wanted there.

The only reason I went with Jessops was the free next day delivery! Stick to Amazon and pay for the next day delivery, it's much safer!


Next day delivery: What a joke!

Ordered a load of components that were all in stock. Added a recommended bundle which included some cable ties. Cable ties were out of stock.

Got two CPU's the next day, nothing else.
Emailed customer service 3 times. No response.
Rang customer service, no reply.
Eventually got through in the afternoon of the second day and promised that my components would be delivered the next day.
Next day, no delivery. Same trouble getting through to customer services on email or phone. Eventually got through and they removed the cable ties that weren't in stock and promised a Monday delivery as they had missed the Saturday delivery by this stage.
Monday - no delivery. Same trouble getting through to customer services. Eventually get through and whilst we'd been waiting for stock of cable ties, the memory ordered had gone out of stock, despite it showing in stock on the website.
Cancelled the order after 45 minutes on the phone.

Dabs used to be good, what happened! Worst service I've ever received.
