Excellent all round

From the initial contact via email with customer service to in between phone calls and delivery, I have been delighted with the service and the product. Everyone was friendly and helpful and, as is most important to me, the communication from the company was helpful and informative. The headboard I ordered looks wonderful and seems to be very good quality.
