Service - Great but Customer care not good

Actually getting the part was as promised within 24 hours - Firstly I was asked to log-in but had difficulty - last time i purchased was over 3 years ago since then I have moved but not informed Gateway - result was I had to pretend I still lived at old address to log-in - after receipt i went on-line to update my address but failed as could not work out what i had to do -- Secondly - the packing sheet clearly states I need to inspect goods for damage before accepting delivery - the delivery driver said if i opened the packaging prior to signing he would not accept the goods back - my choice was to accept the goods without inspection or refuse delivery - I do not need this aggrovation - in future I shall look elsewhere
