The most efficient supplier I have found so far
My plumber told me that I needed to replace part of my Grohe shower. After two weeks they were telling me that they were still waiting for parts as they could not order a complete unit. It was going to be quite expensive as parts were having to come from Germany!!
I decided to have a look myself on the internet. Google came up with The Shower Doctor. Within less than ten minutes I had located the replacement unit I required, bought it for a very modest price and was absolutely staggered when it arrived the next day, Saturday.
Now that's service! I have dealt with many suppliers over the years and many have been very good but none have quite made the excellent category until now. Thank you Shower Doctor

Being a relative layman when it comes to the technicalities of computer speak, RAM and ROM are another language but the Orca Logic site made the identification of, the selection of and the purchase of the 2GB upgrade for my newly acquired Toshiba netbook an absolute doddle.
Shipment and delivery were exactly spot on so I was up and running in no time.
